I made this video to celebrate two years of training parkour. My initial concept was to create and film lines especially for this video. So much of my training is doing hard challenges and drills. Seattle Jumps Parkour & Freerunning

One Friday, I showed up to Seattle Jumps with my gimbal and started filming. The Seattle parkour community has a certain vibe to it I wanted to show in this edit. My goal was to use good music and creative editing to get the feel I was looking for.

In 2012, I created Lindy Hop Steps Made Easy, a series of 9 videos teaching solo jazz moves, plus a routine which incorporated many of the steps.
